NOTICE OF POTENTIAL TO FIX OR INCREASE WATER RATES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2), C.R.S., that the Board of Directors for the Mountain Water and Sanitation District may consider an increase in fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services, including water and sanitary sewer service charges and tiers, interest and/or delinquency charges, shut off/turn on fees, certification fees and lien fees, at a public meeting of the Board of Directors for the
Mountain Water and Sanitation District to be held at 7:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026. The meeting will be held at 12365 Highway 285 Conifer, Colorado 80433.
