Update re: Repair to patch on Leavenworth

The company that repaired the water main break on Leavenworth, have hired a third party contractor to repair the damage to the road. They had planned to repair it last week. However, the high winds prohibited the repair.

With the Christmas and New Year Holidays, it may not be repaired until the week of January 5th.
