A water main break has occurred this morning in the area of Hood and Rand Road. The crews are already on site at 9 AM and are waiting for emergency locates to be completed. The repair will be fixed and water service will be restored as soon as possible. Approximately a dozen homes will be affected with water shut off in the Hood Road/Rand Road area.
